How We Operate
Initially one of our consultants will visit your premises and discuss with you your business, how it operates now, areas of concern, your business aims and objectives, (where you are now and where you want to be). This meeting can last two hours and is provided completely free of charge.
From this meeting a project proposal is prepared by us on the areas that you would like us to look at.
On acceptance of the project proposal one of our consultants, with expertise in the specific area(s) of the project, will be assigned to work with you for a designated number of hours to carry out the project on your behalf and manage any implementation that is required.
It is important to point out that it is your business and at all times we will be working with you as part of your team, after all nobody knows your business better than you do. We are there to provide the expertise in any given area that is not available at that time within your organisation.
Our Company
Hands On Consultants was formed in 2002 by Ian Nicholls, who has experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Strategy working with and for a number of PLC’s as well as running small businesses in the Manufacturing and Leisure Industries.
Ian has recently been joined as a Director, by his wife, Valerie, who brings experience from specialising in administration systems within the Communication Industry. Valerie also has a wealth of experience in the Service and Leisure business sectors.
Ian Nicholls is an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business.
Costs
We like to consider ourselves to be very cost effective. We will not engage into any project where Clients will not see a beneficial return on the investment that they make with us.
Costs will depend on the type and length of time of individual projects and will be discussed in full at our initial meeting and confirmed in writing along with the project proposal.
No project is too big or too small for us – it could be the most profitable contact you make.
